The team at the Heron Group have over 30 years experience in the residential real estate development industry. At first our main activity was renovating home units and houses, as well as strata titling and renovating small blocks of flats with a tally of well over 100 properties traded. Since 2004, our main focus has moved to new projects, ranging from individual homes to duplex properties, to include medium sized townhouse and unit developments from the Gold Coast to Rockhampton, Queensland. Although our team consists of Licenced Real Estate Agents and Builders, we prefer to use local well known and trusted consultants and reputable construction companies wherever possible. We pride ourselves in being able to produce quality developments at a very competitive price in the local market.
